How long until my order ships?
Other than pre orders, orders ship within 1-3 business days not including any federal holidays. Pre orders will be clearly marked and an estimated shipping date will be included in the listing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and my own occasional vacation (any vacations will be posted).
How do shipping charges work? How are polishes shipped?
I'm unable to use a live calculated shipping method on Shopify, so I have all orders set to a flat shipping rate. The flat rate for domestic orders under $35 is $3.75. Orders over $35 will receive free shipping. International flat rate shipping is set to $14, however any overcharges will be refunded. International orders receive free shipping at $100. Order totals to receive free shipping are calculated after any discounts and before any taxes.
Polishes are mainly shipped in boxes, although I do occasionally ship in a flat rate envelope if it will save on shipping fees. I may reuse shipping boxes if they are in good condition. Domestic packages automatically include tracking and international packages include it where available. Insurance and/or signature confirmation is available at cost- please contact me if you want either service. Polish is shipped via First Class if under the weight limit or Priority if over the weight limit (generally, anything more than 4 full size bottles will ship Priority).
Can I combine shipping on an order I previously placed?
I will combine shipping if the orders are placed within 24 hours of each other, are going to the same address, AND if one has not been shipped. I try to do this automatically but please email me with your order numbers just in case I miss it!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetics, returns are not accepted.
If I have shipped you the wrong bottle or your bottle was broken during transit, please contact me immediately with a photo of the bottle or damage.
In case of breakage or mistake, I will replace or refund at my discretion. Incorrect bottles may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is given.
If you buy a polish and decide it's just not for you once you have it, you're welcome to post it in our fan group and trade or sell it to someone else. I do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse.
What does 3 free mean? Are your polishes vegan?
3 free polishes do not contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, or DBP. My polishes are vegan to the best of my and my suppliers' knowledge. I have discussed ingredients with my suppliers, who have stated their ingredients have no animal products or animal testing. (And of course, there is no animal testing once I have the supplies!)
What about taxes and/or customs fees?
California residents pay sales tax at checkout, which will be calculated according to your address.
Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I take credit/debit cards through Stripe and PayPal, or you can pay with an echeck or PayPal balance through PayPal. Please note that any orders purchased using an echeck will not ship until the payment has cleared, which can take 3-5 business days. No paper checks or money orders are accepted.
Do you offer custom colors?
Currently I'm only offering customs for groups, large orders, or wholesale accounts. Please contact me for further details if you are in one of these categories.
